In his role as COO, Mr. Glyn Owen will focus on taking CGH Technologies, Inc., to the next level of growth and operational excellence. Mr. Owen has extensive international management experience having served as one of the operational design Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the both the FAA's Internal and External Obstruction Evaluation Airport Airspace Analysis (OEAAA) Programs. Mr. Owen, who has over 10 years of aerospace industry and automation / technology experience is currently working with the EUROCONTROL eTOD Forum, chairs the annual Obstruction Evaluation User Conference, a member of Cambridge's Who's Who and assists other agencies with Obstruction Evaluation and Training. Mr. Owen also serves as a SME on ongoing operational and developmental programs with both the FAA and the Puerto Rica Port Authority.

In support of the FAA's OEAAA program, Mr. Owen is the SME for the Obstruction Evaluation Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) system for the FAA. Mr. Owen is responsible to guiding the OE/AAA system to becoming certified under the ISO 9001:2000, which is the universal quality management system standard. While CGH developed the OE/AAA System, an internet mapping system, Mr. Owen was instrumental in deploying the system in all 9 regions nationwide within the FAA, transforming this paper tracked method, into a paperless GIS system and a reality to over 15,000 users all over the United States.

Mr. Owen has been a significant part of adding the additional enhancements that OE/AAA System now delivers such as the e-filing, 7460-1 and 7460-2, FAA Notice Criteria, case tracking, downloading and searching, and communicating with the FAA's Obstruction Evaluation Team Specialists. The system was designed to assist the FAA decision-makers in determining whether proposed land structures (cell towers, etc.) should be approved or disapproved because of potential adverse safety effects with existing FAA procedures. Today the system provides 3D analysis regarding obstacles evaluations to system wide users all over the nation. Mr. Owen continues to lead CGH Technologies, Inc., to developing airspace tools are being utilized to prevent encroachment and promote protection of the National Airspace System for all users.
