Mr. Hines recently joined the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as a Project Manager for Airfield and Airspace Planning. Prior to joining the Authority Mr. Hines spent over 20 years in the aviation consulting industry. His experience includes preparation of airport master plans, comprehensive planning studies and other technical reports for a diverse aviation customer base consisting primarily of large and medium size commercial service airports. He has technical expertise in, airfield demand/capacity analysis, airspace obstruction analysis, runway length requirements, cargo and general aviation facility planning. Mr. Hines holds a BS in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
