Speaker: Stormy Seibt

Director of FAA/FCC Compliance, American Tower Corporation

Stormy Seibt is the Director of FAA/FCC Compliance for American Tower Corporation. He has more than Seventeen years of wireless telecommunication experience in Regulatory compliance in both the Carrier and Tower industries and is a graduate of DePaul University with a degree in electrical engineering. He has lobbied the FCC and FAA on several occasions regarding CFR 47, FCC Part 17- antenna structure registration, FAA FAR Part 77 rules and the Advisory Circular. He was an FCC industry contact for the creation of the Universal Licensing System (ULS), the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) system and the FAA iOE/AAA on line filing system. He currently serves on the PCIA Regulatory Affairs Committee team and the PCIA FAA subcommittee for the past seven years.
