Mr. Faberman represents aviation clients on a variety of business, legislative and regulatory issues before the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Congress. He focuses on expanding opportunities for carriers, airport authorities and communities.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Counsels clients, including low-fare airlines, startup carriers, charter operators, airports, news helicopter operators, and companies involved in aircraft manufacturing and repairs and airport security companies.
- Represents various parties before the Department of Justice on airport access, antitrust and merger issues.
- Represents carriers and airports before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
- Works with companies to obtain Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval of facilities and towers near airports.
- Obtained legislative changes that allowed carriers to initiate operations, expand operations and to review airline consolidation.
- Testifies before Congressional committees.
- Works with news helicopter companies on operations in restricted airspace and to cover certain events.
- Assists communities in obtaining federal funds to support new airline service, for airport projects and to increase customs service staffing.
- Represents airlines and airports before FAA and DOT on expanding authority and funding.
